"There are many reasons to join Upward Bound. It is a very fun and exciting program. No matter who you are you can join and be accepted.
Upward Bound does all sorts of trips during the summer, such as rock climbing, hiking, camping and a week out camping (usually in another state). When they do the camping trip, they do special things like white water rafting, spelunking (exploring caves) and extra cool hiking trips.
The classes during the summer are really easy. The good thing about it is you get $15 a week and 1 full credit for high school. That is, if you do all your work during summer school.
This program is made for kids with parents who have not graduated from college, giving them the opportunity for college and funding.
Soar with Upward Bound."
