RENTAL POLICIES

1. Eligibility:  Equipment is available for students, faculty, staff, and alumni from The College of St. Scholastica (With current I.D. or Alumni Card)
2. All rentals are first come, first serve.  No reservations are accepted during the summer.
3. Upon renting, the total rental fee must be paid in advance (with exception of late/damage fees)
4. Equipment must be returned to the Wellness Center by 10:00 a.m. on the morning after due date to avoid late fee.
5. Renter is responsible for checking that equipment is in safe, working order and accepts/acknowledges the inherent risk of associated with many outdoor activities.
6. If equipment is stolen, lost, broken or returned dirty, appropriate charges will be assessed.
7. There will be no refunds on equipment not used due to bad weather or returned early.
