BurnsWellness Commons Memberships

Membership to the Burns Wellness Commons is open to current students, faculty, staff, Sisters (and spouses and dependant children of current students, faculty and staff), alumni and their spouses, and BHC Staff/Westwood Residents at the following fees:

2007- 2008 Membership Fees

• Current Students, Faculty, Staff and Sisters - Use CSS ID, no additional charge.
  
• Family Members of current students, faculty, and staff. Must be an immediate family member (i.e. spouse or dependent children) - $100 annually (non-refundable) - Available September 1 - August 31
  
• Alumni and spouse of Alumni - $100 each annually (non-refundable) - Available September 1 - August 31
  
• BHC/Westwood Residents - $100 annually (non-refundable) - Available September 1 - August 31
  
• Guest - Daily fee of $5 - Available only to guests accompanied by a CSS member.

Enrollment forms are available at the main entrance desk in the Burns Commons. Memberships are valid September 1 - Aug. 31 and are non-refundable. All memberships must be renewed annually on September 1st of each year. Please bring exact cash or check only. We do not accept charge at this time.

Non CSS members (i.e. family and alumni) utilizing the Burns Commons facilities and programs must sign a waiver holding The College of St. Scholastica harmless of injury or accident while using the facility. Upon receipt of the signed waiver and paid fees, a recreation membership card will be issued. The membership is for the exclusive use of the person named on the card.

Effective March 15, 2007, when you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries please call the College of St. Scholastica Business Office at 1-800-447-5444 or 723-6092. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
