PEER MINISTRY HAPPENINGS!
"As he passed by the Sea of Galilee, he say Simon and his brother Andrew casting their nets into the sea; they were fishermen. Jesus said to them, "Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men." Then they left their nets and followed him. Mark 1:16-18 Who are we?: Peer Ministry is a Christian-based community led by students who focus on promoting faith and spiritual growth at St.Scholastica. While grounded in the Catholic Tradition, we seek to provide an open and welcoming environment that is inclusive of all denominations and open to all spiritualities. Through retreats, small groups and other campus-wide events we challenge people to live lives of faith and service dedicated to the Gospel. What are we about?: As a faith based club at the College of St. Scholastica, Peer Ministry strives to be an inclusive group in which open dialogue is strongly encouraged. With the Benedictine Values as a foundation, uniting faith on campus is fundamental. Peer Ministry provides a safe environment with the intention of reaching out to any and all in the St.Scholastica community and beyond.
