Non Degree Seeking

Students who are not seeking a degree at St. Scholastica may register for select graduate courses with the permission of the program director and course faculty. After receiving permission, students complete a Non-Degree Seeking Application and a registration form.

Non-degree seeking students should carefully consider their choice of courses in order to maximize the acceptability of these courses toward some future degree at St. Scholastica or another institution of higher learning. The maximum number of credits that can be taken while not seeking a degree and later applied toward a degree at the College is one-third of the total number of credits required for that degree.
