About Graduate Studies and Admissions
Graduate education is assuming an ever more important role in life. The College offers graduate programs and courses in areas in which it has historically excelledand in a variety of online and on-site formats to meet the needs of adult learners.
Consistent with the mission of The College of St. Scholastica, Departments offer advanced graduate programs that develop individuals who demonstrate responsible leadership, transdisciplinary respect, entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking.
Graduate Programs at The College of St. Scholastica will be widely recognized for integrating theories, professional skills, and values. Graduates will fill leadership roles at many levels, will value the contributions of other disciplines, and will effect positive change in their communities and professions.
Graduate Programs are administratively housed in one of six Schools: Arts and Letters, Business and Technology, Education, Health Sciences, Nursing or Science. The Dean of each school is responsible for academic administrative oversight of all graduate programs in that School, in cooperation with the chairpersons of the academic departments and graduate program directors.
Admission requirements are determined by the individual graduate programs. Refer to the respective program to identify the application materials required. Application packets are available from the Office of Graduate Admissions, 1-866-478-9277, or online in the program departments web pages.
