Master of Business Administration
The CSS MBA program is designed for students who want a broad knowledge base in all areas of business, strong technical skills, professional and personal effectiveness and capabilities in leadership and change management. Understanding of organizations is fundamental to the program.
Master of Arts in Management
The CSS MAM program prepares leaders and managers to deal with rapid change in their organizations and business sectors, emphasizing the behavioral elements of running organizations. The program, founded in 1986, has over 600 graduates who have ascended to leadership roles in private corporations, nonprofits, healthcare, government and education.
Graduate Teaching Licensure
The CSS GTL program is an innovative program designed to provide professional preparation of teachers for elementary, middle level, and secondary licensure and for K-12 library media licensure. Designed for those who have a baccalaureate degree in a field other than education, or teachers who wish to add another endorsement to their license, it offers an initial teaching license with an optional Master’s degree. Most teaching candidates complete the licensure component within 12-18 months.
