Payment Responsibility

It is the student's responsibility to pay his/her account in full each semester. The Automatic Payment Plan is available to budget your payment throughout the year. You are responsible for all finance charges, collections costs and court fees if charged. Please see the Business Office website for additional information.

I acknowledge that registration for courses at the college obligates me to pay tuition, fees and related expenses. I accept full financial responsibility for each registered course. If I do not make payment in accordance with the published schedule and my account becomes past due, I agree to pay finance charges equivalent to 1% per month on the outstanding amount due. I further understand and agree that my account may be referred to a collections agency if I fail to make payment and I shall pay all reasonable collections costs associated with such referral, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs. I understand and agree that my financial obligation to the college is not dischargeable under the United States Bankruptcy Court.
