Veteran Guidelines for Best Practices in the Classroom provided by the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs.
Military Cultural Competence - This is an interactive online training provided by the Center for Deployment Psychology "to assist civilian mental health providers in better understanding, communicating, and effectively interacting with Service members and their families."
From Soldier to Student - This report, written by the American Council on Education (ACE), Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA), and others, describes the status of military service member programs in higher education.
Making Your Institution Veteran-Friendly - This ACE brochure describes good practices to make an institution "veteran-friendly".
