The Student Nurses' Association is an organization that contributes to student development by recognizing the need to balance hard work with recreation, and promotes leadership and independence among its members. As members of this organization, students develop a sense of pride and gratification from their contributions to the community and its individuals. Topics such as fundraising, volunteering, arrangement of nursing forums and a variety of other events are discussed and brought forth to all students in the nursing program as well as those who are nursing intended. Membership in SNA is free and new students are always welcome.
Each month, SNA would like to recognize those students and faculty members who have put forth an extra effort, shown a commitment to nursing, or simply deserve to be acknowledged for all of their hard work. Students are nominated by faculty members or other members of SNA, while faculty members are nominated by the SNA members.
This months student and faculty member for the month of February are:
Congratulations!
