Leadership Building Skills at CSS

The Student Activities Office offers a variety of structured leadership building activities throughout the year including:

• Seminars from experienced consultants
• In-house Leadership Workshops
• Opportunities to attend national leadership conferences

These opportunities are meant to expose our students to different leadership techniques and to become exposed to life outside of St. Scholastica and outside of Duluth. Through these experiences, students should become excited to be part of our campus community and become a better, more active student. The Student Activities Office will also work with students and student groups to develop a specialized leadership program, if desired.
