To receive a replacement Diploma...

To receive a replacement diploma, please fax or mail a request to the following: Fax #218-733-2292 or The College of St. Scholastica, Attn: Registrar's Office, 1200 Kenwood Ave., Duluth, MN 55803.

The cost is $25.00 as we do not keep copies on site, they need to be ordered from the diploma company. Please include your name (maiden name if applicable), birthday, approximate date of graduation and the address you would like the diploma mailed to. Your name will appear as it did when you graduated. If you want a new name please provide a copy of your social security card, front and back as proof of the new name. Also, indicate if you would like the name change reflected in your official records.

If you are paying by credit card, please include credit card number, visa or mastercard, expiration date and billing address, also include the 3 digit number on the back of the card, this is needed for processing. We cannot order the diploma until we receive payment.

Effective March 15, 2007, when you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries please call the College of St. Scholastica Business Office at 1-800-447-5444 or 723-6092. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
