 Health Services

The first encounter that you may have with the Health Center (Student Health Services) could be as you prepare to arrive at the college. Immunization records are required for all students. Please carefully read the document "INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ABOUT IMMUNIZATIONS.""

In order to determine your Health Service needs you must complete the following information online:

• Medical History information (https://www2.css.edu/app/depts/StAffairs/medicalhistory/ )
• Immunization Requirements (Read document on next page)
• Waiver Form (You should not complete the waiver form prior to you arrival on the College of St. Scholastica campus. You are required to contact the Director, International Programs(intstudentservices@css.edu)
• If you are concerned about the H1N1 flu virus please read our college information and services provided to students.

Once the College has received your immunization record the Health Center will review it and determine whether updated or further immunization is required. The Student Health Service is a vital service because the staff at the center can give you medical assistance that may prevent you from needing to go to see a doctor and incur unnecessary expenses. Going to the Student Service in Somers Residence (on campus residence building) will result in no charge for an appointment and most services. (Students are charged for immunizations and lab fees.)

The Student Health Services fee is separate from the College health insurance and will be $95 per semester for the academic year 2012/13. All undergraduate students are required to pay the student health fee which shows up on your student account.
