Information Regarding Summer Housing at CSS

This year our summer guest housing program will run June 1 through August 3, 2013. We do have a number of apartment rental units available during this time period. These units will be rented first to our return customers and then on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Charges for summer guests are computed as follows:

The amount indicated on the reservation form is required, and payable by credit card only, at the time of registration. After the initial registration, the appropriate amount due will be charged to the same credit card on the first day of each rental month.

Rental rates will not be prorated. Thus, if a guest registers for an apartment unit under the monthly rate and the guest checks out before the end of that month, he/she will still be responsible for the entire month's rent.

The rental rate includes all utilities, air conditioner, internet, linens, garbage removal, cable, and local telephone service. Each apartment unit has a living room, dinette area, complete kitchen (excluding microwave and kitchen wares), two bedrooms with four single beds, and a bathroom.

The renter must provide bedcovers, kitchen towels, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, television, radio and fan. Coin-operated laundry equipment is available at reasonable rates.

Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed inside the apartments.
