Somers Suites

The Somers Suites were built in the fall of 1993. They are a part of the Somers Complex, and have direct indoor access to Somers Hall, the Greenview Dining Room, Somers Main Lounge, the Office of Residential Life, Health Services, the Campus Operator, and the fourth floor Penthouse lounge/study area. The suites are quiet and ideal for students who would like to maintain quick access to the Somers Hall facilities and services while having the feel of an apartment.

Population	104 students
Cost	Double: $4,273/semester; $8,546/year includes full board
Lay-Out	Total square footage of 2 bedroom: 525' sq. Total square footage of 3 bedroom: 775' sq. Bedrooms measure 10' x 10' and 10' x 14'. Living room: 10' x 14'. Bathroom: 8' x 10'.

Floors	Four floors, all female

Computer Access	All suites are ethernet accessible for four computers
Laundry Facilities	Laundry room on basement floor of suites No charge for use of the washers or dryers

Lounges/Kitchenettes	Every floor has a combined lounge and kitchenette with couches, chairs, tables, an oven, sink, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer
Recycling/Trash	Recycling is strongly encouraged. Disposal facilities are located on every floor near the elevator.
