Irish Homecoming Cooking Class
Come and enjoy a special class that will take you through the countryside of Ireland.  We will board our make believe tour bus and be provided with a narrative description of this country by two knowledgeable tour guides.  Our tour bus will stop along the way to sample special Irish entrees made especially for us.  While sampling, the entree preparation will be demonstrated.  A complete tour and meal awaits you!

Cooking 101 - Absolute Beginner's Guide
An introductory cooking class designed for students with no prior cooking experience.  The class will cover cookware, kitchen essentials, ingredients for your pantry and getting a meal on the table.  The class will feature simple recipes that you can make with few ingredients on a shoe string budget.  Some easy to make salads, chicken, grains, pasta and desserts will be prepared and sampled.

Cooking a Thanksgiving Dinner
This class was designed to show your parents that you can prepare a complete Thanksgiving Dinner.  The class will guide you through chossing a turkey and how to cook and carve it.  We'll also prepare two different types of stuffing, smashed potatoes, gravy and finally pumpkin cheesecake.  A class you don't want to miss.

Always loved the taste of Mexican food, but unfamiliar on how to properly prepare it?  Then this is the class for you.  South of the border we go with salsa, chicken mole and deep fried ice cream.  Ole!!!
