This class will teach you how to stretch your budget while making interesting nutritious entrees. I will show you how to turn simple ingredietns - rice, pasta, ground beef, fresh vegetables and ramen noodles - into creative entrees. For dessert, we will prepare everyone's favorite rice crispy bars.

This class was designed to show your parents that you can prepare a complete Thanksgiving Dinner. I will guide you through choosing a turkey, cooking and carving it. We'll also prepare 2 different types of stuffing, smashed potatoes, gravy and finally pumpkin cheesecake. A class you don't want to miss!
