Work Orders

A Work Order Request Form must be submitted to the Facilities Services department for maintenance to be initiated. Work Order Request Forms are available in the Tower Hall and Science Faculty/Staff Lounges, and in the Facilities Services department.

Students may submit maintenance requests for the Housing units by calling the Facilities Maintenance Hotline at extension 3030.

When emergency maintenance is required after hours, contact Security at extension 6175 and maintenance personnel will be dispatched.
