As the Associate Vice President for College Advancement, I manage the College's relationships with private foundations and government agencies.  I provide leadership in securing grant support in order to maximize educational opportunities for the St. Scholastica community and regional audiences.  In a typical year the College receives about $4 million in grants. 

I spend my day: ·
-- Meeting with St. Scholastica faculty, staff, and administrators to discuss grant funding needs and opportunities. 
-- Identifying foundations and government agencies that provide grant funding in areas related to identified St. Scholastica priorities.
--  Meeting with representatives from foundations and government agencies to explore potential areas of collaboration.
--  Managing stewardship efforts with current foundation and government donors.
--  Serving as the College Advancement liaison to the School of Health Sciences and School of Nursing.

I can:
-- Work with you to help secure funding for academic programs, instructional equipment, scholarships, research, outreach projects, and other purposes.
--  Assist with questions you may have about administration or stewardship of current grants.
--  Answer questions regarding the College's strategic funding priorities.

About me:
I have been with the College's College Advancement Office since 1980.  I received my bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University and my master's degree from Harvard University.
