Eligibility for Intramurals

Eligibility

To be eligible for Intramural Sports competition, individuals must be current CSS students, faculty, or staff members of The College of St. Scholastica. Each individual must have and present a valid CSS ID card at all Intramural Sports competitons. All individuals competing in Intramural Sports must have an account with IMLeagues.com/CSS in order to create or join a team or register as a Free Agent.

CSS Varsity/JV Athletes have certain restrictions limiting the number of CSS athletes allowed to compete on teams and when they are eligibile to compete in Intramural Sports leagues of the same sport. Please view the Intramural Sports Handbook for more specific information regarding CSS Varsity/JV athlete eligibility. Here are a couple of basics eligibilty rules:

NOTE: Current intercollegiate NCAA athletes are not allowed to compete in their respective sport during their competitive NCAA season. Intercollegiate athletes may compete in their respective sport for Intramural Sports out of season, but a maximum of 2 intercollegiate athletes is allowed per team. There may be other restrictions, so please check the sports league page for which league or tournament you will be playing in.
