Current CORE Groups

 CORE Groups are small faith sharing groups, which are formed each semester and are open to students of all spiritualities.  Give a CORE Group a try this semester.

Spring 2010 CORE Groups:

Faith and Social Justice: If you are interested in issues relating to social justice and are curious as to how faith plays in to the resolutions of such issues, then this is a perfect group for you! You will get the chance to discuss issues of social justice within a biblical and faith based context, and you will be learning from two wonderful leaders who hold a variety of experience in both faith and social justice. Tuesdays @ 8pm in Campus Ministry

Men's Bible Study-ATTENTION ALL MEN! If you are looking for an all men's bible study group, then look no further! In this group, you will take part in delving into the Bible and applying it to everyday lives. You will get to take part in faith based discussions on current issues regarding  the struggles of college men, and you will come out of this with a renews understanding of both yourself and of what it means to be a true man of Christ. Thursdays @ 4:15pm in Campus Ministry

Women's Bible Study-ATTENTION ALL WOMEN!!! Come and join women's Bible study group for a chance to not only read the Holy Scripture, but to delve into passages concerning women, and applying theses passages to your daily lives. It it is a chance connect  not only with other women, but also with yourself. Come and learn what it really means to be a true women of God. Thursday @ 4pm in Campus Ministry

30 Minute Retreat- Do you find yourself caught up in the chaos and constant movement of college life?! Do you long for solitude, for relaxation, and for simp0ly a moment to refuel?! Well if so, then this is the group for you! With a 30 minute guarantee, you have just the right amount of time to retreat into a state of inner peace, so that you can reconnect with yourself and your faith, and so that you can go back into the chaos of life feeling calm and empowered! Tuesdays @ 7:30 in Campus Ministry

Rosary Group- Do you enjoy crafts? Do you find solace in the praying of the rosary? Then this is the perfect group for you! You will learn to make cord rosaries, which you will donate to soldiers. You will also participate in the praying of the rosary, a great way to relax and to center yourselves in the solace of God's embrace. Mondays @6pm in Campus Ministry
