Student Accounts

Student Accounts is located in the Business Office (Tower 1130). Debbie, Mark and Michelle are the Student Accounts staff and can be contacted via e-mail at studentaccounts@css.edu. Student account related questions regarding fees, payment plans, refunds, finance charges, student insurance, and outside billing should be addressed to the student accounts team. Students with registration and transcript holds must contact someone in student accounts to assist the student with clearing up their account.

The cashier's office is located within the Business Office. Tuition and fee payments can be made at the cashier's window or through the mail via a check or money order. Payments can also be made online via the Web site. Please refer to our payment options and refunds page for more information.

Students are required to sign their Federal Perkins Loan & Federal Nursing Loans in the Business Office prior to the funds being disbursed on their accounts. Scott is our collection officer in charge of loans as well as collection of inactive student accounts. Please visit his site for more information.
