Applying for a STEM Scholarship

Deadline for the 2009-10 school year is April 15th, 2009.

To apply, submit the following items to the S-STEM Program Director:

• a completed application form with essay
• an official transcript
• a copy of your financial aid award letter
• 2 recommendation forms, at least one of which should be from a faculty member

Application materials are available in the Program Director's office, Tower Hall 3407. Applications should be sent to 1200 Kenwood Ave., Box 2470, Duluth, MN 55811 in care of Jennifer Rosato or emailed to jrosato@css.edu.
