Thomas Thibodeau, Esq.
Mr. Thibodeau is an attorney with the law firm of Thibodeau, Johnson & Feriancek, PLLP. He practices in the area of civil litigation including product liability, construction, personal injury, eminent domain, commercial disputes, libel and slander, environmental law and admiralty law. He is a qualified neutral mediator and arbitrator under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of Practice and a AAA arbirtrator for the Neutrals Panel for Construction and No-Fault. He has lectured on those topics and others at numerous education seminars for other attorneys. He has published various articles. Mr. Thibodeau received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of St. Thomas and his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and of the International Society of Barristers. He is Senior Counsel of the College of Master Advocates and Barristers. He is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association Civil Trial Specialist and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate. He is a member of the Association of Defense Trial Lawyers and the Defense Research Institute, the International Association of Defense Consel, the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and its Standing Committee to revise Civil Jury Instructions Guide, IV, the Minnesota Supreme Court Committee on Judicial Selection and the Governor’s Judicial Selection Committee. He has been designated as a Top 100 Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine. He has served as President of the Legal Aid Society of Duluth, the Duluth City Charter Commission, the Marshall School Board of Trustees and the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association.
