Mr. Roby is an attorney at the Duluth law firm of Johnson, Killen & Seiler, P.A. He practices in the areas of civil litigation including employment law, discrimination law, business and general litigation and in the area of management labor law. He frequently speaks at labor and employment law seminars. He also handles appeals to state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Roby received his undergraduate degree with highest honors from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and his law degree fom the William Mitchell College of Law. Mr. Roby is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Civil Trial Specialist and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the Minnesota Defence Lawyers Association and the Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers of Minnesota. Mr. Roby served as President of the Board of Trustees for Marshall Schools. He also served on the City of Duluth Human Rights Ordinance Drafting Task Force.
