The College of St. Scholastica's Master of Business Administration program focuses on individual students by providing courses, experiences and coaching that improve their technical business skills and personal capacity.
Understanding of organizations in a global environment is fundamental to the program. Ethics, social responsibility, personal awareness and cultural acumen in a global setting are integrated throughout the curriculum, culminating with our capstone abroad.
Students can stretch their skills in key areas of personal and professional performance through self-assessment activities and completing a one-credit seminar on leadership, personal effectiveness and professional development. They can receive support in achieving career goals through a CSS mentorship program that pairs them with business executives and community leaders.
The CSS MBA program offers students the opportunity to specialize their studies within a business field, or customize their own general management program. Students can choose three elective courses in a single focus area; or they can choose three courses among any of the focus areas. Those focus areas are:
