Featuring Deb Amberg, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, Allete 

 

Deb Amberg joined Allete in 1990.  She was educated at the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Law School.  She began as an attorney and was named Senior Attorney in 1998. Deb was named General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Corporate Legal Services in 2004.  She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2006.

During this presentation Deb shares her experiences and thoughts on ethics and compliance policies.

 

 This presentation was part of the Character Building Lunches where alums and guest speakers present examples of moral choices they have encountered in the work place.
