What is your field of expertise, and what makes you interested in this field?

My field of expertise is Leadership and Organizational Development and process consultation.

I enjoy problem solving and human potential development with a global, sustainable vision. I truly believe that human resource capital is the most crucial, innovative asset that an organization can have in order to differentiate itself from the competition and continually align themselves and their product within the market place.

Can you briefly introduce the academic program (or department) you are in to our prospective students?

The School of Business program prepares students with real world experience through faculty dedication and industry relevant courses which provide cutting edge knowledge. The Business/Management program offers diverse job opportunities that cannot be outsourced.

What distinguishes St. Scholastica/your program from other colleges and universities?

St. Schoalstica is academically based with longlasting friendship building and future humanistic, responsible leadership development of students.

What's your most interesting teaching or research experience at St. Scholastica?

Creating and implementing a global marketing research through the study abroad program in Casablanca, Morocco. This is a vital learning experience which introduced students to a world of old, colorful culture that still functions vibrantly with contemporary western markets.
