Need help citing your sources for your assignments? The Library has set up some quick reference guides for APA, MLA, and AMA citation styles for common kinds of sources. This is not intended to replace either the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers, the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association or the AMA Manual of Style. Please consult these works for authoritative information in greater detail. Also feel free to talk with a librarian for more help. For APA - American Psychological Association used for the social sciences including education, psychology and the health sciences. For MLA - Modern Language Association used for the humanities including English.
For AMA - American Medical Association used in the health sciences primarily in the Physical Therapy department. **If you are unsure which style to use, ask your professor.
