FREE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY WORKSHOP OFFERED AT ST. SCHOLASTICA FEB. 26

Information technology expert Dr. Kenneth Hasledalen will present a free workshop from 6 - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, in Tower Hall room 3150, on The College of St. Scholastica campus. The event is open to the public; refreshments will be provided. The interactive workshop, entitled “Increasing Customer Service through Effective Project Management,” is intended for information technology (IT) professionals who are interested in improving their organization’s customer service support. Hasledalen is an independent consultant with over 30 years of experience leading IT initiatives for high-profile public and private organizations including the Minnesota Department of Education and the Minnesota Metropolitan Council. He has expertise in IT project management, information security, disaster recovery, and business continuity. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and an MBA degree in management from St. Cloud State University. The event is presented by the Master of Arts in IT Leadership Program at St. Scholastica. It is sponsored by St. Scholastica’s School of Business and Technology and Office of Graduate Admissions.
