Inspirational speaker Billy McLaughlin and his eclectic string quartet perform at St. Scholastica

02/15/13DULUTH, MN - Billy McLaughlin, a best-selling guitar virtuoso, composer and inspirational performer, will perform in concert with his Eclectic String Quartet at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 8, in the Mitchell Auditorium on campus. Tickets are $15.
In 2001, McLaughlin was diagnosed with focal dystonia, an incurable neuromuscular disease. In 2006 he began a comeback and learned to play his songs left-handed. McLaughlin continues to astound audiences with both his music and one of the most remarkable comebacks in musical history.
The performance is part of the College's Bravo! Series, created last year as an expansion to the College's existing Mitchell Performing Arts series.
