Carole Adamski has been named Alum of the Month for July/August 2009 at The College of St. Scholastica. The Alum of the Month designation recognizes alumni who are role models to current students and an inspiration to St. Scholastica alumni.
Adamski graduated from St. Scholastica with a bachelor's degree in elementary education in 1995. She attends Concordia University in St. Paul where she is working on her Master of Education degree in Differentiated Instruction.
She is currently a fifth grade teacher at Holy Rosary School in Duluth, where she has taught since 1996. She has coached high school girls' basketball in area high schools since 1995 and is currently a varsity assistant coach at Marshall School in Duluth.
In 2003 Adamski was voted Section Basketball Coach of the Year when she was head varsity coach at Duluth East High School.
