How to set up your e-mail signature

Choose from one of three designs above. When you've decided which one you want you'll want to click and drag from the bottom right, to the top left to highlight it. All portions of the signature should be highlighted (just like you see in the image below).
Highlight and copy the signature design you want.

Once you have the signature highlighted, right click with your mouse and select Copy. Now go log into your Gmail account (if you're not already).

-----

Once you're in Gmail click the Settings link in the upper right corner of your screen.
Click the Settings link.

-----

Now that you're in the settings menu, make sure you're on the General tab (you're probably there by default) and scroll down to find the Signature settings. Click once in the white editor box and then right click your mouse and select Paste. You should now see the signature in the editor. From there edit the signature to include all your personal information.
Go to the signature editor and Paste the signature you copied.

-----

When you're done editing the signature with your information, scroll to the bottom of your screen and click the Save Changes button.
Click the Save Changes button to apply your new signature.

That's it! Now any time you compose a new e-mail your signature will be applied to the bottom of the message. If you'd like to use more advanced signature features you can install a signature browser plug-ins like WiseStamp.

Please note: This process is not compatible with Gmail's Canned Response feature. Please use the standard signature box as directed above. If you wish to use multiple signatures, check out WiseStamp.
